Loetju.id - After releasing their first EP “Hari Merah Jambu” (March 7, 2023), followed by the single “Tanggal Biru” (February 14, 2024), Indra Dinda now returns with “Selalu Ada, Meski Tiada,” which marks the second single from their upcoming debut album project.
Breaking away from the “wedding band” character on the “Hari Merah Jambu” EP, Indra Dinda is now freer to explore both musically and thematically. “Selalu Ada, Meski Tiada” offers a light pop atmosphere, laid-back vocals, but also delivers a climactic moment: a saxophone solo weaving through the build-up to the final two choruses.
“Selalu Ada, Meski Tiada” was produced entirely at Indra Dinda’s home studio, featuring collaborations with fellow musicians: Cicilia Elsa (bass), Arga Immanuel (saxophone), Gea Eine (keyboards), Favian (guitar), Monic Manikam (guitar), and Reza Triadi (drums). All tracking, mixing, and mastering were handled by Indra.
Lyrically, “Selalu Ada, Meski Tiada” tells the story of two people who are “present for each other,” yet at the same time “unable to truly fulfill one another.” It’s a feeling many can relate to, and Indra Dinda hopes listeners will find themselves connecting deeply—and even “singing out” their own emotions through the song.
In terms of timeline, “Selalu Ada, Meski Tiada” follows “Tanggal Biru” as the project’s second single. Indra Dinda plans to release two more singles before unveiling their debut full-length album, which is slated for early 2026.
